My Dream Business

Born and raised in Wuhan, I know my people are crazy about basketball, and I am no exception. Growing up, I would always head to my local court to run pickup basketball with my friends, and it was always packed with others who loved the sport. 

 

However, our city does not have a basketball franchise yet. I want to meet this demand, and I know what it's going to take. First of all, I need the CBA (Chinese Basketball Association) to approve of my aspiration. Therefore, I plan to find my way to events where I can network leaders of the organization and share my vision. Then, I will need to pitch my ideas to possible investors. During this process, I will elaborate on the potential of the Wuhan market and how significant basketball culture is in the city.

 

Once the paperwork is secured, I will start advertising about Wuhan's new basketball franchise - the Wuhan Eagles.  To maximize our media coverage, I plan to invite influencers to participate in hundred point one on ones in our stadium and stream the event. Hundred point one on ones are one of the biggest trends in the Chinese basketball community, and I believe this approach can draw a large audience.

 

Finally, I hope to draft a team of young talent and recruit former NBA veterans to mentor these future stars. With all this done, the Eagles are ready to take off.
